Approximately 76% of board seats in major global companies are
held by men.

85% of government ministers worldwide are men.

Men make up about 75% of all parliamentarians globally.

Nearly 92% of top military positions are held by men.

Over 70% of university presidents and chancellors are men.

63% of startup founders globally are men.

Despite being at the helm of major decisions and responsibilities, men often feel the pressure to maintain a facade of strength and invulnerability. This societal expectation can lead to detrimental effects on their mental health and overall effectiveness as leaders.

Their mental health not only affects their personal lives but also influences the well-being of entire organizations and communities.

When leaders are mentally healthy, they make better decisions, inspire their teams, and foster positive work environments.

In this episode, we will explore the critical topic of men's mental health, as why it's often overlooked and how we can support the men in our lives better.
